SCREW has performed in Europe before, but this is your first tour here. How did you prepare for it?
Byou: We went grocery shopping together.
Kazuki: (in English) Japanese food.
Rui: Rice, miso soup, nori. (Note: nori is a type of seaweed, commonly used in the preparation of sushi.)
Byou: We went to buy it together.

Did you buy it in Europe?
Byou: (in English) No, no, no. In Japan.
In what way are the audiences overseas different than in Japan?
Byou: Even before we start, the crowd responds by making sound, and with their bodies, too.
Kazuki: The girls in Europe are cuter than in Japan.
Rui: I was really happy with the feeling that they all waited for us. Feeling this in every place makes me really happy.
Manabu: I was happy that even in countries where we’ve never been before, everyone knew the songs and the words.
Jin: Everyone is intense.

Have you had any funny or interesting experiences on this tour?
Kazuki: Hm, I kissed the audience.
Rui: Nothing yet.
Manabu: Well, yesterday I went to see a live in Germany.
Rui: Kazuki and I went too. It made an impact on us!
Jin: Because the ceiling of the bus is low, I hit my head often.

Jin: Because the ceiling of the bus is low, I hit my head often.
That’s difficult, isn’t it?
Kazuki: Japanese people are small but tough. (laughs)
What is the most difficult part of touring overseas?
Byou: Rehearsals.
And what is the most rewarding?
Byou: The lives.
In October, your new single 「XANADU」 will come out. What can fans expect?
Jin: Hm… We will be happy if the fans learn and enjoy the songs.
Can you say a few words to your overseas fans and the readers at Shattered-Tranquility.net?
Byou: You are the best.
Kazuki: Please marry me.
Rui: What to say… Please come to Japan one day.
Manabu: Please buy our CDs.
Everyone: (laughs)

SCREW EUROPE TOUR2012 "蠍-SASORI-" - Interview
Byou
★It's your first European Tour. Have you had concerns before? What did you look forward to?
-- Before leaving Japan there were insecurities. But once we came to Europe it was our thing. (laughs)
★Since you have already finished a number of performances, what is your overall impression so far?
-- Where ever we go the audience is very excited. There are lots of male fans, too.
★What do you think about the enthusiasm of the European fans?
-- Rather than words, it's the music that connects.
★You have been doing meet & greets with the members of the GLOBAL PS COMPANY FAN CLUB? What was it like to meet your European fans directly like that?
-- We took pictures and answered questions. Sometimes we were hugged. I am really happy that they even know about my existence.
★You are travelling a lot and for long hours. How do you spend this time?
-- I write messages to everyone and read their replies.
★Please leave a message for the fans you have already met at the lives!
-- Thank you for coming to meet us. We'll surely meet again.
★Please send a message to the fans you are still going to meet!
-- Finally we can meet. Sorry for the wait, so let's have fun together.
★And don't forget your fans in other countries!
--I know you are wishing for us to come. I would love to meet you right away.
Kazuki
★It's your first European Tour. Have you had concerns before? What did you look forward to?
-- I was solely looking forward to it. If I was to state one concern, it would be whether my electricity (at home) would be cut. (laughs)
★Since you have already finished a number of performances, what is your overall impression so far?-- I tried to reproduce the song with no effector and with just one guitar, arranging it a little according to each venue. However, in general it was like usual.
★What do you think about the enthusiasm of the European fans?-- It's simply awesome! (laughs) It is fun to watch the fans reaction, as it is different in Japan.
★You have been doing meet & greets with the members of the GLOBAL PS COMPANY FAN CLUB? What was it like to meet your European fans directly like that?-- It's like the in-store events in Japan. We took pictures together and came in contact on a very friendly basis. I am grateful for how many fans have been waiting for SCREW.
★How do you handle the harshness of your schedule?
-- Going with the flow. (laughs) I don't think it's that harsh, though.
★Please tell us what you have been able to do or see during your times off!
-- I took a picture in front of the Eiffel Tower, posing like the Eiffel Tower. (laughs)
★You are traveling a lot and for long hours. How do you spend this time?
-- Generally just sleeping, reading messages...occasionally drinking with the staff team. (laughs)
★How did you decide on the set list for Europe?
-- There are lots of songs that have become music video as well. It's to show SCREW on screen and live.
★Please leave a message for the fans you have already met at the lives!-- All venues are awesome. We'll come back definitely.
★Please send a message to the fans you are still going to meet!
-- Don't stand back in passion to any country. Please wait for us.
★And don't forget your fans in other countries!
-- We'll come meet you for sure. Please wait.
Manabu
★It's your first European Tour. Have you had concerns before? What did you look forward to?
-- I was looking forward to it a lot and wanted to go quickly.
★Since you have already finished a number of performances, what is your overall impression so far?
-- It's the best. I think it was great to meet everyone.
★What do you think about the enthusiasm of the European fans?
-- Having their joy show with that kind of awesome enthusiasm really gets everyone excited.
★You have been doing meet & greets with the members of the GLOBAL PS COMPANY FAN CLUB? What was it like to meet your European fans directly like that?
-- It was a signing session and a hand shake event with a memorial picture. It was great to meet everyone directly like that.
★How do you handle the harshness of your schedule?
-- We're familiar with tight schedules so it's not a problem.
★Please tell us what you have been able to do or see during your times off!
-- I went sightseeing in Paris, France and seeing the Eifel Tower was touching.
★You are travelling a lot and for long hours. How do you spend this time?
-- Playing games, reading, being on the PC, just thinking about things.
★How did you decide on the set list for Europe?
-- We wanted to make a set list everyone would enjoy in each place.
As we went along it changed a little.
★Please leave a message for the fans you have already met at the lives!
-- Thank you so much! I love you. (written in English)
★Please send a message to the fans you are still going to meet!
-- Please look forward to it!
★And don't forget your fans in other countries!
-- We'll definitely meet at some point!
Rui
-- There wasn't any (fear) at all. I was just looking forward to get wild with the European fans and to the exchange with the people there.
★Since you have already finished a number of performances, what is your overall impression so far?
-- They are all awesome! I feel that we grow stronger as a band and evolve further.
★What do you think about the enthusiasm of the European fans?
-- I want to take it back with me to Japan.
★You have been doing meet & greets with the members of the GLOBAL PS COMPANY FAN CLUB? What was it like to meet your European fans directly like that?
-- Since we can't really exchange with the fans in Europe, it was really fun for me.
★How do you handle the harshness of your schedule?
-- I don't think it's harsh.
★Please tell us what you have been able to do or see during your times off!
-- I'm very fond of walking around all the places and talk to the people without making use of an interpreter.

-- Let's meet again. I love you.
★Please send a message to the fans you are still going to meet!
